Live Event FAQ

What should I wear?

We provide aprons for you to wear, and we use non-toxic, water soluble paint, but you can’t be too careful! Wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little paint on.

What’s included in my event fee?

Your event fee covers everything you need to create your masterpiece. The fee covers the paint, brushes, canvas, and the step-by-step instructions from your host artist.

What’s not included in my event fee?

Any food or drink you choose to order from the venue is in addition to your event fee.

What can I expect at the event?

You’ll spend about two hours creating your painting, sipping wine or cocktails, and having fun with your friends.

Can I customize my painting?

Absolutely! Feel free to adjust the colors or details to suit your décor. Bring your creativity!

Should I tip the artist?

Tips aren’t required, but your host will always welcome them!

Can I bring my children to a public event?

Many of our venues are for people over the age of 21. In order to protect the legal interests of our venue partners, we don’t allow participants under the age of 21. We’re happy to help you plan under-21 private events. Just contact us for details.

Do you offer discounts for groups?

Absolutely! We love to host groups, and we offer discounts for groups of more than 5.

Do I have to buy my ticket in advance?

Many of our events are sold out in advance. We do occasionally have last-minute openings, although space not guaranteed, feel free to check for walk-in space when you arrive at the venue.

I don’t know anything about art. Will I really be able to create a beautiful painting?

Absolutely! We train our professional artists to walk you through the painting step-by-step.

Virtual Event FAQ

What platform will the event take place on?

We use Zoom for our virtual events.

Will guests receive instructions prior to the event?

Yes! Your Zoom login details, set up instructions, and all the details you need will be sent at least 24 hours before your virtual event.

How soon will I receive my supplies?

Your supplies will arrive at least 24 hours before your event.

What if something is missing or damaged in my kit?

In the unlikely event that your kit arrives damaged or missing supplies, please contact us right away, and we will overnight your replacements.

What if my kit was lost or stolen in the mail?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, but we’ll do our best to replace them. Please contact us asap so we can see if and how we can help.

Subscription Box FAQ

What if I don’t like the upcoming craft?

No worries! If a craft doesn’t suit your style, feel free to skip months. You will not be charged for the crafts you skip. Just be sure to skip at least 10 days before your ship date.

What if I didn’t receive my box?

Please contact us ASAP, and we’ll investigate right away and re-ship if necessary.

What if something is missing or damaged in my kit?

Please contact us right away and we will replace missing or damaged items ASAP.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! You are free to cancel at any time, at least 20 days prior to your next shipment date.
