We understand things happen in life! Unfortunately due to the nature of our events and carefully crafted boxes we do not allow for refunds.
Public Events: Please be mindful that our seats sell out quickly and our party hosts spend a lot of time setting up for you to make sure you have the best experience. However, we do allow you to reschedule your event free with a 48 hours notice. Please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with the date, time and location of the event you are canceling and the new date, time and location of the event you would like to attend. If you are not yet sure, that’s fine! We give you up to 14 days to reschedule.
If you aren’t able to reschedule within 48 hours or miss your event due to an emergency please contact our customer service by emailing us at email@example.com. Please let us know the date, time, and location of your event that will be or was missed and we will be happy to reschedule for you for a small rescheduling fee. You are also always able to have someone attend the event in your place, just have them give your name to registration when they check in.
Private Events: We do not allow for refunds of private events due the pre-planning and supplies purchased on your behalf. However, we do allow for rescheduling of events or using your funds towards another event or product with a minimum 14 day notice.
Kits and Subscriptions: Once you have been charged for a purchased kit or monthly subscription we cannot issue a refund. We do allow you to skip months at least 10 days before your billing cycle, or cancel your subscription at least 20 days before your billing cycle. If you purchased the wrong kit or in error, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund or swap out of desired kit. We do not allow for returns unless the product is damaged. Please contact us if a product arrives damaged.
