We understand things happen in life! Unfortunately due to the nature of our events we do not allow for refunds. Please be mindful that our seats sell out quickly and our party hosts spend a lot of time setting up for you to make sure you have the best experience. However, we do allow you to reschedule your event free with a 48 hours notice. Please email customer service at info@creativecarafes.com with the date, time and location of the event you are canceling and the new date, time and location of the event you would like to attend. If you are not yet sure, that’s fine! We give you up to 14 days to reschedule.
If you aren’t able to reschedule within 48 hours or miss your event due to an emergency please contact our customer service by emailing us at info@creativecarafes.com. Please let us know the date, time, and location of your event that will be or was missed and we will be happy to reschedule for you for a small rescheduling fee. You are also always able to have someone attend the event in your place, just have them give your name to registration when they check in.
